Is writing not a music?
Can I not sing these words?
Is the pencil scratch not a metronome,
Guiding my voice as one of a birds?
Is poetry not a statement,
As you say a song may be?
Are lyrics not an art form?
Can I not let these expressions free?
Shall I sing these words
Then if I cannot write along?
Suppose I end this outlet of mine
And carol a termless song?
Who would teach our kin to descant
Or merely to speak a thing?
As long as I have words and a voice
My poetry in verse I’ll sing.
So these words that we call lyrics
Are never to be read,
Are never to be sang aloud,
Or even to be said?
It all seems so superfluous
When they tell us that we’re wrong,
Then about face and power up your stereo
To sing to your favorite song.
Shall I sing these words
Then if I cannot write along?
Suppose I end this outlet of mine
And carol a termless song?
Who would teach our kin to descant
Or merely to speak a thing?

Time stands
Stands so solitary;
Solitary, unmatched, and defiant.
Defiant of gravity and laws,
Laws of space, movement and what-
What is the cacophony I heave heard?

I'm so sorry everyone! I swear I'm writing everyday, but I have my darnded choir and school to worry about. (HOMEWORK....GAHNESS). Anyhow, Sorry I've been off for such a prolonged period of time. I don't have time to type them up, so they'll probably be all up by April (not joking)

Keep on writing! I love reading everything!

As all of us Write-Offers know, the project 007-WriteOff seems to have, slowly, fallen further and further behind in updates and motivation. None of us knew what would become of it. BUT WAIT!
